Through our coaching, we focus on teaching empathy, emotional intelligence, co-regulation leading to emotional regulation, resilience building, journalling and affirmations aimed at helping children remove barriers and expand their empowered state.
These carefully designed sessions cater to children aged 4-17 who may be dealing with anxiety, autism, ADHD, asthma, eating disorders, trauma, or hyper-mobility.
